Horrible management.
On-call can be extremely stressful and unorganized.
Politics.
Flight benefits are not that great, factoring in other factors like uncertainty of getting flights.
Pick and choose workload based on the size of the team and the amount of people willing to work on-call if all hell breaks loose.
