Pros

Average work-life balance.

  • 2 days WFH/week.
  • Standby flight if there is a space, or wait whole day then come back home/hotel.
  • Lick and grow career if you like it.
  • Place for non-ambitious.
  • If you are a dog who dances for a treat, AA is a place for you.
Cons

You will be ignored over an outsider applicant for a job you apply as an internal candidate, though you are a highly competitive/promising candidate.

Choose either self-respect or growth; you can't have both here.

  • No growth
  • Avg. pay
  • Toxic culture
  • Full of drama and shady leaders
  • Dead-end career
  • No ethics; leaders make their own way
Advice to Management

Get rid of toxic and nepotism-linked leaders from management. It's creating a filthy work culture.

If we raise voices against it with HR, it will backfire. HR says we can't do anything, talk to your manager. Seriously?

I'm a witness to an act where a lady senior manager took a $1000+ item as a gift from a vendor. Still, leaders pretend all employees go through work ethic training drama.

Too much!

Create a standard & firm career ladder path. Train leaders to prevent nepotism.
