At this time, morale is at an all-time low. I've never seen this company with such disgruntled employees. After 28 years, it's a terrible sight to see because most of these people have lost many benefits. Also, pensions and their retirement medical have been taken away by the company. Sick days, vacation, you name it. I've never seen a company that, in my opinion, hated their employees. American Airlines management hates their employees, but they like to benefit from their employees' labor.

Find more experts in Management that know the Airline Business, instead of coming from McDonald's-style management companies. Quit hiring people that have no heavy jet experience. It seems that upper management is hiring people that are not qualified to do the job. It's been like that for a long time. There needs to be a change.
