You will prepare harder to get out of this company.
Cons: I literally have nightmares of my manager calling me.
Talking about work-life balance, you can forget about the life part.
Not even a pinch of respect for employees.
Literally counts the hours of work and asks about what I did in the remaining time.
Please don't apply to this company, no matter how much salary they offer you.

Pros: - Competitive pay in a low cost-of-living area (Phoenix, AZ)
- Clear goals and demands
- Fun environment for summer interns
Cons: - My mentor was gone for 3 out of the 10 weeks of the internship, leaving me a bit stranded with regards to developmental roadblocks.
- I did not like Phoenix in the summer (personal preference).
