Lead Software Development Engineer Interview Experience - Gurgaon, India
Process
I had my interview with AMEX in December 2018. The process included:
- One written test
- Two F2F technical rounds
- One interview with a VP
- One HR discussion
This complete process took around one week. I cleared the interviews, but the salary they offered was very low, around a 20% hike or even less. They were not ready to negotiate. It seems that particular LOB (Line of Business) might not be performing well, as I've heard AMEX is generally a good paymaster.
Anyhow, I declined the offer.
