Pros: Good Exposure to Latest Technology
Cons: Confused delivery models. Businesses don't get Agile, and nobody admits that they don't get it. Every year, pick a number from the maturity model and portray a fake success. Favoritism everywhere – within the team, across teams, etc., etc. (Oops, that's leveraging business relationships). The majority of business teams forget that Amex is almost a technology company but still refuse to partner, have an inflated sense of their own importance, and lack empathy for engineers.
