The interview was easy, but a lot of unprofessionalism was shown by them. I didn't expect such behavior from such a big giant.
In the very first call, they gathered all the information about my profile, role, aspirations, etc. I was excited for the interview.
The day I reached there, the very first round was again with HR Praful, since the interview panel was not available. I again explained all my roles and aspirations, and he asked me to fill out one long online form.
The first round was a written test – easy.
After clearing two rounds, I was informed that I would have a Skype managerial round.
But guess what? They called me and told me that they had mistakenly interviewed me for a junior role and that I would have to appear for the interview again. I again appeared and cleared the rounds, and at last, they told me they couldn't offer me the position.
I don't understand why you waste others' and your own time. Well, that's your job, but it's not mine to appear for such interviews by taking leave for this kind of stupidity.
Really, I don't understand why HR even exists if you have this kind of attitude. I feel good when people take offers from you and then don't join you because you deserve such unprofessionalism.
