Process

I spoke with tech recruiters at their booth during Grace Hopper, discussing my background and interests. I was referred to a more senior tech recruiter.

He asked me a little about OOP and my background, and then scheduled me for an interview later that day.

That initial interview was pretty basic, mostly covering string manipulation and some OOP concepts. I did well, so I was immediately scheduled for another interview.

This second interviewer focused more on database concepts, which I was less familiar with, and presented a brain teaser.

I received a call with an offer the following week.
