Competitive salary, nice working facilities, nice bonus, and decent benefits.
Exposure to some new, good technology.
Constant layoffs, especially of the older generation. Most of the decent female leaders are gone. Not much in the way of employee recognition, team building, or celebration.
Invest in your current employees, not just in attracting millennials. Do what you preach: coach your employees and invest your time in them.

Software Developer Intern
Asked two questions. Both were LeetCode easy. The interviewer came late and seemed very disorganized. He kept asking random questions about Java garbage collection, runtime errors, etc., and interrupting while I was answering.
Software Engineer
First round is an online HireVue with behavioral questions and MC. The second round is 1 hr 45 min behavioral plus technical with two engineers. I'm not sure if that's the final round, though.
