There don't appear to be any.
Within the first month, I had three different managers. The job I had interviewed for changed completely. The team I was placed in had a director who believed in laying you off if you disagreed with him. The morale is beyond awful, and most people are leaving for other departments or companies. I am so completely destroyed by my choice.
Listen to your employees when they tell you morale needs to be changed, or you see so many bright employees leaving.
