Good, challenging work. Ahead of the market in modernization. Good during COVID times. OK salary.
People working aren't that good. Too much work focused, so they usually overwork. This becomes a new norm.
Salaries are okay.
Do not normalize overworking. Especially South Indians have a tendency to only work and have no personal time. Only Saturday and Sunday are not meant to be lived.
