Applied through university and heard back within a week. Did a phone interview with a simple Java class coding question in an online editor, and then was asked a lot of domain-specific questions.

I passed the technical interview and received two phone calls indicating I will be moving forward in team matching. It has been over a month since I've heard anything back. The communication has been poor.

2 parts. First part is a behavioral assessment with typical questions ("tell me about a time when..."). Second part technical assessment using pseudocode to work through a solution to a problem.
