Very well organized and efficient. Everyone was so welcoming and respectful.
Overall, this was the best interview process I have experienced. I signed on, and onboarding was fantastic: very organized, informative, and never boring.
HR was the best! Our onboarding lead was kind and helpful. I am super happy to be here.
The company's purpose and mission are something I am proud to be a part of, and the work is highly motivating.
The company culture so far is respectful, inclusive, challenging, and fun.

Pros: Very talented individuals, whose combination of talent and past experience allows them to generate ideas, prototypes, and fixes quickly.
Appropriate resources, allowing people to test and make mistakes, thus leading to a better product.
Cons: The company is learning to work together as a complete organization to build products. This means that the handoffs of both information and products between groups are scattered, requiring individuals who take high ownership to fill the gaps.
This is expected for a company transitioning away from being a startup, and Anduril is healthier than most. But, this cannot be the norm for a company that builds thousands of products that will be in military hands.

Pros: There are no pros at this company location.
Cons: The company does not want to give disabled employees or job applicants reasonable accommodations for a disability. The company does not want to hire any mentally disabled people. The recruiters assume that if you are old and disabled, you cannot work at "Anduril Speed". I have emails to prove this.

Cons: - Any bonuses are a loan until the one-year mark.
- Talked to many other engineers, and the survival rate is 2 years.
- They say they’re veteran-friendly, but the company is comprised of newly graduated engineers who are sensitive.
- They will work you for long hours, so try to get on an hourly rate.
