Cons: Horrible, completely incompetent management. Engineers promoted to managers without any concern for their experience or ability, especially within the mechanical, design, and manufacturing teams.

Pros: Location, decent salary and benefits.
Cons: Highly toxic, disorganized, high stress, and a nasty political environment. There is no work-life balance. Horrible, abusive management, with a strong buddy system. The contracts are coming in, but deliverables are behind schedule with little direction. Experience is not valued, and young and dumb are welcomed. The massive hiring created a comical scene everywhere, where nothing gets done right. Can't wait to leave soon.

- Talked to many other engineers, and the survival rate is 2 years.
- They say they’re veteran-friendly, but the company is comprised of newly graduated engineers who are sensitive.
- They will work you for long hours, so try to get on an hourly rate.
