I applied for a UI job, but the recruiter contacted me and suggested I apply for their Haskell backend role. That sounded good to me, so I did. I completed the first technical interview and felt I did great. I proceeded to their third round, which consisted of four back-to-back interviews.
The first interviewer was 15 minutes late. The second and third interviews were technical, and again, I believe I performed well. The fourth interviewer had to cancel.
The recruiter contacted me and stated I had failed the technical interview. I asked for more details, and he said he would ask the team and get back to me, but never did. I thought I did well on the technicals because I completed the challenges, and the interviewers themselves seemed to indicate I performed well.
I am quite confused about what happened. Oh well.
