Pros: Anduril is always innovating, moving quick, and building out high-quality products.
Cons: The company is young, and there are some culture clashes when acquisitions happen. It’s short-lived, though, as we ultimately align to our common mission.

Pros: Talent density across various teams is the highest I've seen in my career.
There's an incredible growth curve and opportunities that come with it.
I'm happy with the compensation & benefits.
It's a great environment to "level up" in skills/knowledge.
Cons: - Some perks have started to go away.
- Newer hires don't feel like they've upheld the bar.
- It's becoming more difficult to track what's happening across the company.
