After a few phone interviews, I made it to the final round, which consisted of an on-site panel interview and presentation. This included a 25-minute presentation, followed by five one-on-one interviews. Overall, it was pretty simple.

Pros: Strong, positive work culture, great compensation, emphasis on hiring a combination of smart and helpful people, awesome projects, and good perks. Strong mission statement and good company culture.
Everyone is trying, from the top to the bottom. It's much different than the deoxygenated halls and bloated meetings I saw at Boeing. Also, I get to work with some truly incredible people I would never see anywhere else.
Cons: Not a 40-hour a week, every week job. There's no pressure to work more than 40 hours a week, but most people want to anyway. Sometimes you go home at 5 PM, no problem. But sometimes you have important work to do instead. Lots of projects going on all at once, and context switching can be a bit difficult until you get used to it.

Pros: Give a lot of autonomy over projects and get to work across teams. The internship program is also pretty established already, with speaker events throughout the summer and opportunities to get close to interns as well as face time with executives.
Cons: Had a positive experience overall.
