Process
Lots of preparation was needed to prepare a presentation of a project I had worked on. The presentation was 30 minutes, plus 15 minutes of questions. This was then followed by 4 separate interviews with members from various areas of the department I was applying to.
Questions
General work experience questions were asked. There were also technical questions. Mine were statics questions that applied to a freeway sign.
There were also hypothetical design questions that bring out your creative side. It's not an interview you can easily BS through.
