I had a phone screening that went well and was immediately scheduled for a 1:1 interview with a mechanical design engineer.
The following week, I was scheduled to give a technical presentation of the hardest technical project I have worked on to a panel of engineers. Afterwards, I had 1:1 interviews with all the engineers from the presentation.
