Process
A recruiter reached out and offered a link to schedule a phone interview for the position. They then sent messages confirming the call time and even a message saying they were looking forward to our call, an hour before it was scheduled.
They didn't call, and have given absolutely zero communication since, despite me reaching out and trying to reschedule or just figure out what happened.
I've never had this happen before in the job interview process, and I hope I never have to again. The ghosting usually takes place before they ask to interview.
