Process
Four-step interview process:
- Quick phone call with a recruiter.
- 45-minute one-on-one with an engineer, asking technical questions.
- 30-minute presentation to a board of engineers, followed by a 15-minute Q&A.
- 30-minute one-on-one with the head engineer.
I reached the third stage, which felt like a lot of work, especially considering it occurred during the height of my semester. Some feedback would have been appreciated.
