Pros: Food is solid on site.

Cons: Leadership has zero interpersonal skills.

Pros: Fast-paced environment, with really interesting problems to work on from a mission, robotics, and GNC perspective. The business is only growing. I have a strong belief that the company is going to grow and do very well in the future. Some of the smartest people I have ever met work here. You can learn a lot if you talk to the right people.

Cons: There has been a culture shift with the growth taking place. I know the company will land on its feet, but the tech feel is dwindling on a lot of the projects. Most of management is Palantir adjacent, which makes it very difficult to move up in level. There are a few with the mentality of "train someone for your current position," which is amazing, but most are too overworked to be good managers. Expect work-life balance to be pretty bad for most teams. You'll work hard but learn a lot.

Pros: - Work with smart people, until they burn out and leave.

Cons: - Insane work-life balance. - Expected to be available at all times. You get a work phone at least, but you will often be messaged and expected to respond at ridiculous times. Management and even other employees paint people who are unwilling to put up with this as not having enough "drive". - Everything is always "on fire" and high priority, creating a very chaotic atmosphere.
