Powerpoint presentation of past projects, then more mechanical engineering questions, then random test engineering questions, then thermal engineering. I believe I talked to HR before all of this. I applied online. One of the guys in my presentation interview wasn't nice, and wrong.

Pros: Intelligent coworkers, a brilliant executive team, amazing parties, great benefits, and everyone is dedicated to growing the company while ensuring we put out only premium products.
Cons: Due to the nature of start-ups, we are always working to advance or modify our enterprise tools. This leads to some headaches as we continue to grow.

Pros: I like all my coworkers and feel that we are working towards a common mission.
The work is fulfilling and I get to see the positive results of my work on a regular basis.
There is very little bureaucracy as compared to a normal defense company, so I can get work done quickly and get the resources I need.
Cons: I don’t really see many downsides.

Pros: I get to work on super exciting products solving needs for a variety of customers. I get to see my work in the field, and how the changes I make impact system performance. It is quite rewarding.
Benefits are also really good. Free food, gym, office quality, healthcare, vacation bonus, yada yada – I got the whole deal.
Cons: Things can change quickly (requirements, deliverables), and sometimes this yields crunchtime. But honestly, this can be what makes the work quite enjoyable.
