Process
Overall, a pretty good process. It started with a phone screen with the talent acquisition team to ensure the position was a good fit when compared against other openings, then a phone screen with the hiring manager.
Then came the in-person interviews with four different managers/leads from different internal groups, and a close-out with TA going over benefits/perks.
Questions
Describe the systems engineering process. How do you push project progress within a matrixed organization? How do you ensure the end product meets customer needs, etc.

Pros: Strong, positive work culture, great comp, emphasis on hiring a combo of smart and helpful people, awesome projects, and good perks. Strong mission statement and good company culture.
Everyone is trying, from the top to the bottom. It's much different than the deoxygenated halls and bloated meetings I saw at Boeing. Also, I get to work with some truly incredible people I would never see anywhere else.
Cons: Not a 40/hr a week-every-week job. There's no pressure to work more than 40 hours a week, but most people want to anyways. Sometimes you go home at 5pm no problem, but sometimes you have important work to do instead. Lots of projects going on all at once and context switching can be a bit difficult until you get used to it.

Pros: During my time at Anduril, I was enabled, had autonomy, and learned to build the airplane while it was in flight. The company is constantly evolving to be better. Timelines are tight, we failed fast, but usually got it right years before anybody else would have.
Cons: Only come to kick $4.
