Process

The interview process consisted of two phone screens, two video calls with the team, and a final 8-hour on-site, paid for by the company. I was encouraged to apply for a "reach" role during the first phone screen and landed it, which made me very happy. I could tell it was extremely close and competitive every step of the way.
