I applied through a recruiter, and the process took 3 weeks.
The process was:
- Recruiter screen.
- Tech screen by the hiring manager.
- Onsite in Costa Mesa.
They are overworked. Everyone seemed tired, confused about the interview, and burned out. There is a big gap between their marketing and the real state of their products, which I learned by talking with interviewers. It seems they think hiring ex-Google employees will build good-quality systems. I would not recommend them, based on how tired people looked and how many times interviewers mentioned poor management and chaos.
