I applied online. The process took a week.
- First was a typical HR phone screen.
- Then the first technical round was just a medium difficulty LeetCode problem.
I didn't make it past this round. I believe there would be two or three more technical rounds after this.

Pros: Really liked that snacks and lunches were provided.
Interesting projects and really awesome people to work with.
Helped me get transit to and from work, which was helpful as an intern with no car.
Was "cut loose" fairly early to work alone and rarely had people breathing down my neck (the only instance was NOT my direct report).
Cons: I was never able to get a clear answer about opportunities to come back full-time or, if not experienced enough for full-time, where to put work in to gain the necessary skills. I mainly had overflow work from regular engineers and was only given projects after I asked explicitly for them.
