Pros: Good benefits, cool projects, and some good co-workers. Free food is cool too, I guess.

Cons: Many program roll-outs and demos are not conducted properly, and marketing exaggerates product capability. Recently, there was a massive exodus of employees due to a botched demo. Multiple high-profile employees have quit recently due to a mix of burnout and a bunch of political crap that some other people have already talked about here. Thankfully, leadership spun up a bull to make it look as if everything is hunky-dory. Management is incompetent, and a lot of engineers are tired of covering their stupidity. The hiring craze has also led to a lot of morons doing engineering work at this company. I'm leaving as soon as I find something better.

Pros: Solid pay and fun work

Cons: They work you hard, but it is worth it.

Cons: If you're a minority, stay away from this company. It does not allow opportunity for minorities to grow in their careers. In my professional career of 19 years, this was probably the worst discrimination I've ever experienced from a company.
