The interview process was smooth, and the recruiter maintained consistent contact throughout. The rounds proceeded as follows:
- 1st round: Resume screen with the recruiter (focused on "Why Anduril?")
- 2nd round: Technical screen (equivalent to a medium LeetCode problem)
- 3rd round: Onsite interviews lasting 4 hours, encompassing 4 separate interviews covering behavioral, technical, and system design questions.
The team was very inviting and friendly, making the interview process easy and stress-free!

Pros: - Work with smart people, until they burn out and leave.
Cons: - Insane work-life balance.
- Expected to be available at all times. You get a work phone at least, but you will often be messaged and expected to respond at ridiculous times. Management and even other employees paint people who are unwilling to put up with this as not having enough "drive".
- Everything is always "on fire" and high priority, creating a very chaotic atmosphere.
