Very nice. The interview wasn't too hard, but I wasn't prepared enough.
There were three technicals in the final round. I was randomly tested in React, even though I was expecting to be tested in a language of choice. Just be mindful of that.

Pros: - Work with smart people, until they burn out and leave.
Cons: - Insane work-life balance.
- Expected to be available at all times. You get a work phone at least, but you will often be messaged and expected to respond at ridiculous times. Management and even other employees paint people who are unwilling to put up with this as not having enough "drive".
- Everything is always "on fire" and high priority, creating a very chaotic atmosphere.
