Highly toxic, disorganized, high stress, and a nasty political environment. There is no work-life balance. Horrible, abusive management, with a strong buddy system. The contracts are coming in, but deliverables are behind schedule with little direction. Experience is not valued, and young and dumb are welcomed. The massive hiring created a comical scene everywhere, where nothing gets done right. Can't wait to leave soon.
