Run, and don't look back. Very toxic with incompetent leadership
Location, decent salary and benefits.
Highly toxic, disorganized, high stress, and a nasty political environment. There is no work-life balance. Horrible, abusive management, with a strong buddy system. The contracts are coming in, but deliverables are behind schedule with little direction. Experience is not valued, and young and dumb are welcomed. The massive hiring created a comical scene everywhere, where nothing gets done right. Can't wait to leave soon.
Hire skilled professional managers who can lead and mentor engineers to grow professionally.
Stop exaggerating product capability to the customer.
Strong technical skills won't make a good manager.
