A cultural miracle, there's tons of "move-fast break things," but it's logical and healthy. There are plenty of experts and adults in the room. The diversity of products equates to a diversity of teams, and there are a million things getting tried, but the company is very smart about finding the right thing and moving forward.
The break-neck speed of growth means that some growing pains last longer than they should. There's a huge reluctance to fire people, even when it would benefit company goals and team morale. Recruiting is really rough; it's well known within the company.
