The interview process was mainly behavioral. First, a phone screening, then multiple conversations with individuals on the manufacturing team and some at the office. I received technical questions about experiences on my resume.

The interview process was great. I thought I would hear back with an offer but never did. I had two interviews, then a group interview with three people. All went well, besides the last one with the youngest member on the team.
