Not many real downsides, honestly. As with any company, Anduril struggles with some internal organizational growing pains and some confusion, but none of that has ever had a significant impact on my perspective of the company. This is a challenging company to build and grow, but that's why we are here. Much of the criticism I hear within the company comes from people with a "grass is always greener" mentality. This is objectively a great place to work. Yes, there are struggles.
