Extremely exciting company to work for
Mission-driven coworkers. Fast-paced development/product iteration cycles with relatively little red tape compared to other larger companies. Extremely generous benefits and compensation.
Not many real downsides, honestly. As with any company, Anduril struggles with some internal organizational growing pains and some confusion, but none of that has ever had a significant impact on my perspective of the company. This is a challenging company to build and grow, but that's why we are here. Much of the criticism I hear within the company comes from people with a "grass is always greener" mentality. This is objectively a great place to work. Yes, there are struggles.
