Everyone is trying, from the top to the bottom. It's much different than the deoxygenated halls and bloated meetings I saw at Boeing. Also, I get to work with some truly incredible people I would never see anywhere else.
Not a 40/hr a week-every-week job. There's no pressure to work more than 40 hours a week, but most people want to anyways. Sometimes you go home at 5pm no problem, but sometimes you have important work to do instead. Lots of projects going on all at once and context switching can be a bit difficult until you get used to it.
