Management in the Vehicle Autonomy org is terrible. There is no clear direction on products, and there is more and more administrative BS (TPMs, scrum, story points, etc.). There are also more requests to work weekends. No interesting work is being done, just full-time configuration management. Compensation bumps are pretty poor, and morale is very low. I would not recommend joining any of the robotics orgs.
