By far the worst place I've worked at throughout my five-year career. Every post that you'll see on Glassdoor about management being toxic and incapable is absolutely true.
Engineers are as talented and as capable as I've seen at FAANG companies I've worked at in the past, but managers were clearly promoted/hired without the scalability of the company in mind. Managers are skilled at engineering tasks but are clueless when it comes to managing people.
I've seen too many onboarding engineers left without proper support and insight into how to do their jobs well, and it's actually pathetic. How do you expect new engineers to meet tight deadlines if they're not given the proper tools and support to do so?
This company has the potential to be something great, but not the way it's being run currently.
However, even outside of management, most of what's being built out is glorified demoware that the government is buying into because their software hasn't been updated since the 1990s, and anything new is considered to be a massive upgrade.
Please stay away if you have any self-respect.

LeetCode hard questions. Interviews were thorough and left no stone unturned. I was required to solve all follow-up cases. Focus questions were related to drones, control systems, and system design.
A phone call with HR, followed by a phone call with a hiring manager. If things work out, there is an on-site (virtual or in person) assessment with other team members to evaluate coding skills, problem-solving skills, and so on.
