Give a lot of autonomy over projects and get to work across teams. The internship program is also pretty established already, with speaker events throughout the summer and opportunities to get close to interns as well as face time with executives.

Online assessment first. Very basic LeetCode questions (medium-hard difficulty). Then an HR phone call asking about experience and why Anduril. Proceeded to the first technical Zoom interview. The interviewer was very nice. LeetCode medium problem
