Benefits, culture, cool projects, fun work.
Chaotic sometimes, changing priorities, disorganization.
Recruiter screen with basic questions about engineering and background. Manager screen with technical questions rooted in specific problems faced in the role as well as technical background. Onsite screen with multiple engineers from both the team
This has been the worst experience of my life. It started with a handful of interviews with their EW team. There were two phone interviews (not too bad), then a whole-day on-site. It was fine, but I had to follow up with the recruiter several times.
The interview at Anduril consisted of three rounds: * One round with the recruiter. * One with the hiring manager. * A virtual panel interview with four members of the team. Overall, a pretty standard experience for the industry.
