This was a very typical and generic set of software engineer interview sessions.

The process included:

• Recruiter call
• Live coding challenge
• Virtual onsite, which involved another coding challenge, systems design, an "experience and goals" discussion (which, to me, was the only true opportunity to showcase my experience), and a "culture fit" discussion.

None of the coding challenges or system designs were directly related to the specific job I was interviewing for; they were very generic computer science questions.

Furthermore, I did not have any team members from the hiring team interview me. The recruiter's prep call was only 50% accurate regarding the content of the interviews; it's best not to rely solely on that information.

The culture interview was the real kicker. Be prepared for a philosophical discussion about AI. My guess is that this session is where many candidates are screened out, especially since the company has a policy of not providing feedback on any of the sessions. The only plausible reason for this lack of feedback, in my opinion, is to avoid potential lawsuits related to discrimination during that particular interview.
