You are sent a CodeSignal test with 90 minutes to complete. The test is extremely lengthy, with many edge cases, and they will reject you if you don't make it through most of the 4th problem. If you have to debug something, you will be wasting time. The only way it is possible to pass is if you are already very familiar with the questions.

Anthropic is missing out on potentially great hires because of these types of tests. I would not interview with this company again if sent another CodeSignal to complete.
