I got approached by a recruiter who said I was perfect for the role. Found a slot to speak to them the week after. They arrived late, said there was an internet outage, so switched off their video (big red flag for me). Proceeded to describe the role for the next 15 minutes with a choppy connection, and then I spoke about myself.
Tells me they'll reach out in 24 hours to see if I make it to the next round. One week later, I send a reminder; no reply. Second week, another reminder because I was applying to other companies and was in the final stages. I get an auto-rejection mail with no feedback.
