The interview process was long and involved. The final stage was 3 interviews across 2 days. At no point do you get feedback, so you're totally in the dark. It feels like they likely run as many people through the process as possible but select for a very particular type of person. It would be better if the conversations and feedback were more honest and low fit was weeded out earlier.
The cultural interview was extremely pretentious.
Recruiters were also terrible communicators, not turning up to meetings and communicating infrequently.
I would advise not to go into it unless you are open to a lot of work for high risk and interviewing with pretentious people.
