I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks.
There were four rounds:
Overall time commitment is relatively high. Overall interview was positive. However, their recruiter ghosted me before the on-site interview was even conducted, which was a new one for me, and I was only contacting him to let him know I would be late for my interview.
Coding questions were easy for me due to this being a solution architect position and I am an SWE who grinds LeetCode for fun. I probably didn't get an offer due to:- My lack of past solution architect experiences- Behavior- Overly high compensation level for this positionRecruiter was bad though.
