Pros: Amazing work-life balance, amazing documentation. The culture is very positive and healthy.
Cons: Onboarding was a bit hard being an all-remote company, with people in different time zones. Replies can be slow. It's fine though, for me as an individual contributor, especially once you get going.

Pros: Excellent working environment with 100% remote work. The senior management is quite supportive, and we get to interact with Founders and CXOs on a daily basis.
City meetups, book reviews, and donut dates are just a few of the entertaining events they provide. It keeps us highly motivated.
Cons: Sometimes it can get challenging to adhere to work timings as per the clients & team members.
