Pros: Engineers I work with are very competent, professional, and knowledgeable.
Flexible remote work arrangements.
Still mostly an engineering-led company; a lot of work is done to increase engineers' efficiency.
Cons: - Time zone issues can cause delays in task coordination.
- Late night meetings if you're not aligned to the US time zones.
- Task load can be heavy depending on quarter goals.
- Compensation is location-based.
