Spent 1.5 months interviewing here and was rejected. The reason given was that I didn't finish the CSS part, which was the last and least important task during the assessment. In general, I completed 9.5/10 requirements, and this was during the second interview out of six in total. Don't waste your time!

Pros: A company with a true and ethical vision to democratize sales tech. Transparency can be seen at its core, and people act by their words. Great remote setup with policies to ensure it's really remote and people are not working too far away from their time zone. Good learning curve and some awesome and very knowledgeable people to work with. Good compensation to add up with other good things.
Cons: Not much, but I can improve on certain aspects of work-life balance.
