TL;DR: Standard interview, got ghosted.
Fairly standard interview process, if not a bit disjointed. I had the initial screen on July 23rd, then the first part of the virtual onsite the next week, then the next part (final?) the following week (which had a no-show interviewer; no worries, it happens). So that's rescheduled for the following week.
Then I never heard from them again. I pinged the recruiter; they're out of town. So I messaged the contact in their OOO email. That person said they'd get back to me, but they never did. It's been over a month since my last interview.
