Then technical interviews of two on the same day, no small talk or intro, straight to the tech questions.

Pros: Working with a lot of experienced and excellent engineers. Feeling proud and competent. A lot of equipment and state-of-the-art labs to use.
Cons: Limited teamwork. Everyone works on his own, mainly because of a secrecy policy.
No internal documents, so you have to ask a lot and know who to ask.
