The interview process began with a phone interview with the hiring manager, followed by another phone interview with an engineer. The next stage was an on-site interview, where I met with five pairs of engineers. They were smart, polite, and well-prepared.
I do not have a compiler background, and they did not ask any specific questions related to it, only general questions about compilers.
The recruiter was unprofessional. A week passed without any updates. I called, left a message, and sent an email, but my communications seemed to be ignored. Finally, the recruiter called to inform me that there was no offer.
